山东盛瑞汽车传动有限公司总裁刘祥伍简历

刘祥伍,1953 年10 月出生,管理哲学博士,高级经济师,中国诚


信企业家、中国自主创新企业家、山东省机械工业优秀企业家、潍坊


市十大经济人物、潍坊市优秀企业家,现任盛瑞传动股份有限公司董


事长兼总经理。


2003 年1 月,曾在内蒙古建设兵团历经6 年历练的刘祥伍,响应


国家号召,带领513 名职工从潍柴改制,成立了民营企业。面对企业


长年亏损、资不抵债、人心涣散的窘境,刘祥伍上台后立即对企业进


行了大刀阔斧的改革和发展战略调整,带领公司上下提升发展理念、


理顺业务流程、优化产品结构,使用公司在改制当年就甩掉了在多年


亏损的帽子,跨入了健康发展的快车道。经过七年多的拼搏实干、锐


意进取,刘祥伍将一个频临破产、年产销不足3000 万元的简单机加工


企业,打造成了总资产11 亿元、年销售收入15 亿元、拥有四个下属


子公司、两个国家高新技术企业和两个省级研发机构,集研发、制造、


销售于一体的现代化汽车零部件生产基地。


刘祥伍不乏商人的精明,但更具有军人企业家强烈的民族情结和


高度的社会责任感。中国已是名副其实的汽车大国、但关键部件的核


心技术长期受制于人。刘祥伍认真分析了汽车行业发展的软肋,认为


自动变速器产业与自己长期从事的发动机行业相对比较接近,自动变


速器是公司比较切实可行的项目。2007 年,刘祥伍为打造企业核心竞


争力,从百年企业的发展战略出发,携手北京航空航天大学,大胆整

合德国某知名教授的概念设计,毅然决定研制汽车科技领域最前沿的8


档自动变速器(简称8AT)。由于国内高端自动变速器在设计、试验、


生产等领域几乎均为空白,刘祥伍以开阔的视野,利用外脑,借船出


海,采取“以市场为导向、以企业为主体,产学研相结合,整合全球


资源为我所用”的创新模式研制8AT 产品,首先在研发阶段整合了德


国和北航优势科技资源,在工程化和产业化阶段又相继吸纳了英国的


工程化技术和日本的精细化管理,并建立了完整的全球化零部件和工


艺装备采购体系,同时携手国内知名整车企业,共同推进技术和产品


的开发。经1000 多个日夜的不懈努力,2010 年2 月8 日,盛瑞8AT


试制成功,实现了我国汽车科技领域的一项重大突破;今年4 月,盛


瑞8AT 新闻发布会在北京隆重举行,并成功亮相北京车展,标志着我


国拥有完全自主知识产权的世界首款前置前驱8AT 正式面世,中国人


仅用不到3 年的时间,就站在了全球自动变速器开发技术的最前沿;


今年9 月初在潍坊成功举行了8AT 搭载样车的试驾活动,并顺利通过


了国家级技术鉴定,标志着项目正式进入产业化阶段。预计2011 年8AT


项目开始批量生产。


成绩代表过去,面对新的发展形势,刘祥伍高瞻远瞩地提出了“创


新支撑发展、智慧引领未来”的发展思路,并制定了盛瑞未来五年的


发展规划:通过8AT 项目的产业化、柴油机零部件产品的技改扩产及


对上下游企业的兼并、收购,到2015 年形成100 亿元的产销规模,打


造成“中国一流,世界接轨”汽车零部件研发生产基地。战鼓,为勇


者鸣。这位久经商场的勇士,正激情满怀,为盛瑞的美好未来指点江

The One That Challenge the Peak of the World


- President of Shengrui Transmission Corporate Limited


Liu Xiangwu, born in 1953, PHD in Management philosophy, a Senior Economist,


awarded with titles like “Reputable Entrepreneur in China”, “Creative Entrepreneur in


China”, “Outstanding Entrepreneur in Shandong Machinery Industry”, “Top 10


Financial Character in Weifang City”, “Outstanding Entrepreneur in Weifang City”, is


currently the President and General Manager of Shengrui Transmission Corporate


Limited.


In January 2003, in response to government’s campaign, Liu Xiangwu led a team of


513 workers to undergo a reform and formed a new entity, Shengrui. Prior to the


reform, the entity has been loss making with heavy debts. Immediately after the reform,


Liu Xiangwu initiated a major restructuring and layout the development plans for the


Company. Operational procedures have been revamped, product structures are being


changed and Company rapidly moved into the right track. After 7 years of hard work,


Liu Xiangwu successfully converted an entity that is near bankruptcy with a turnover of


less than RMB30 million into a big organization with RMB1.1 billion total asset and


annual turnover of RMB1.5 billion. The Company now has four subsidiaries, two


research centers, and in totality a modernized engine components production base


completed with research, production and sales capabilities.


Besides having strong business acumen, Liu Xiangwu, whom has undergone 6 years of


military attachment in Inner Mongolia, is also very patriotic and believes strongly in


social responsibilities. China is the world largest automotive producer, yet China is not


in possession of many key technologies. Through observation, Liu Xiangwu noticed


that automated transmission is weakest link in the automotive industry in China. In


order to build the core competitive strength for the Company and also for the long term


development of the Company, Liu Xiangwu makes a bold decision to work with Beijing


Aviation University and develop the state of art 8-speed automated transmission system


(“8AT”), conceptualized by a reputable Germany professor.


As China has limited expertise in design, developing and testing of automated


transmission system, Liu Xiangwu decides to tap on foreign expertise. Adopting the


concept of “Using the market as a direction, Company as the main body, pooling of


International resources for our own usage”, Company relied on the development


strength of Germany University and Beijing Aviation University for the initial research


and development, engaged Ricardo from England for the engineering and development


of prototype, adsorbed the fine management skill from Japan, and built up a complete


procurement and assembly system. Meanwhile, Company also worked closely with


reputable car manufacturers in China for the developing of the final product.


After more than 1,000 days of enduring hard work, in 8 February 2010, the first


Shengrui 8AT prototype was successfully created; this is a big breakthrough for China


automotive industry. In April 2010, Company held a grand press conference in Beijing


and exhibited the prototype in the Auto show. This signifies that China is in


possession of the proprietary technology in building the world first FF 8 speed

transmission system. In less than 3 years, Chinese now stands in the front line on the


development of automated transmission system. In September this year, in Weifang


city, Company successfully organized a test drive for the 8AT and passed through the


national authentication. This represents that Company is now entering into the


commercialization stage of 8AT, with a target to commence production by 2011.


Results reflect the past, now facing with new situation, Liu Xiangwu bring up the


concept of “Innovation is the basis of development; Intelligence will lead the way to the


future” and draw-up the 5 years development plan for the Company: Through the


commercialization of 8AT, continuous improvement & development of diesel engine


components and through acquisition of up and down stream suppliers, Company is to


achieve an annual turnover of RMB10 billion by 2015. This is to create a world-class


production base in China and be connected to the world.


The drum has sounded for the brave, this experienced warrior in the commercial world,


is now full of aspiration, will lead Shengrui into a brighter future, and will contribute to


the development of automotive industry in China…….
